La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Knoxville North I-75

Failed to meet guests needs.

Liked: Nice location and pretty clean
Disliked: The walls are paper thin and despite the property being close to empty, we had other guests place right next door who partied all night. We called the desk at 1:00am but nothing was done. Staff apologized the next morning but that was it. We have stayed at a LOT of hotels and a number of La Quinta hotels as we used to travel with our dog. We have never had this type of experience before with either the thin walls or lack of staff solutions.

Liked: The man that was there when we checked in Saturday afternoon was AMAZING unfortunately everyone else were rude
Disliked: The AC unit in my room was LOUD kept my kids up didn’t feel as if it was blowing out air
