La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Knoxville Airport

Staff was very polite and the room was clean. Spent 2 nights and was very comfortable and pleased with the hotel. Had breakfast one morning and it was very good. Will be staying again.

Liked: We have some disabilities and were happy to get a room on the first floor and right at an entrance. There was a chair to use in the shower. Beds were comfortable but a little high for short folks! :)
Disliked: Lots of traffic noise but that is to be expected being near a major highway and airport. Also, even with the do not disturb sign up, we were woke up by the maid.

Liked: The hotel is very convenient to the airport and included an airport shuttle. The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast was decent. Staff were all friendly and helpful!

Disliked: The day manager was rude and made me and my family feel uncomfortable. When we asked him questions he would respond in a rude manner, he would make facial expressions to make us feel bad for asking for things like towels, expressing when we wanted to go to the pool, asking for a crib or linens for the crib. He was short when asking him for basic things like towels, demanding I put them in the dirty hamper myself in the service entrance and admonishing me for daring to asknfor service. He required I turn dirty towels in before making go to the back to grab clean towels myself. Horrible service. Will not be staying at a Quinta in again.
