Very poor

Disliked: Aggressively determined to obtain a card for "incidentals" even though room had already been paid for. My card is already on file and they have my address and cell number if anything was broken/destroyed but still wanted to obtain card again and put a hold on unspecified amount of money to be released later. They never said how much of my money they wanted to tie up and when it would be released. Don't plan on staying with them again

Liked: Room was very nice and spacious. Breakfast was good, nice food selection.
Disliked: I missed the entrance to the hotel. A sign telling cars where to turn into the property would be useful.

Liked: Hotel staff in the morning where very pleasant.
Disliked: Hotel was in bad shape from a mechanical condition.I.E. front door to hotel was not functioning. Shower door handle broken. Shower door failed to close properly. Missing glass tray in microwave.
