Liked: I thought it was that I was able to book online. book online with a $40 early fee that I was informed by staff at front desk that I did verify with on the phone after booking online and before arriving to location to assure proper checking when I do arrive early AM in the morning.
Disliked: That I arrived early morning after traveling into Killeen and paid full price plus extra for early check in that was also verifiedonline booking and my card...to be woke up at 10 am and informed I would have to leave or pay for another full day within next hour after just arriving and staying in my room for 8 hours.Where after making another full payment and not trying to debate with Management who did not care or honored what his staff educated me to do and pay for my online booking reservation. To find my bathtub was stopped up and also to find fleas in my windows after me looking out them to next door stay was up all night with lots of drinking and arguing and dogs barking. Explain again to Management just to be moved to a smoking room that was way over whelming even for a over average smoker. also due to after making me pay DOUBLE...went next door to get food since traveling and awoke to bs just to come back to the room I paid for again to find my room strip and maids talking about they thought I was checked out....I DEFINITELY EXPLAINED TO MANAGEMENT I WILL BE CONTACTING UPPER MANAGEMENT DUE TO NO CUSTOMER CARE OR SERVICE WITH COMMUNICATION AND SECURITY ISSUES WITH STAFF AND LOCATION.

Liked: Breakfast was good. It filled one up.
Disliked: The worst was the bathroom. The shower nozzle didn't work. The bathroom itself was too small, couldn't set properly on the toilet. The bed wasn't comfortable to lay upon and their pillows, you have to grab two to try to make one small pillow.
