MOLD MOLD MOLD!!!
Liked: There was nothing about this property that I liked do not be fooled by the pictures. This hotel is very poorly maintained, filled with mold and leaks. The smell was absolutely awful. We had two rooms both were horrible, very dirty, very rundown, and the staff was no help. Made no effort to fix our rooms told us that booking.com were liars and were lying to us about trying to contact the property. Also asked to speak to the manager, and was told I could not. The clerk offered no solution and insisted booking.com was the problem and kept telling me they were lying to me. They did give us a bottle of odor band cleaner to spray the room ourselves.
Disliked: Mold, mold, mold, this property is infested with mold you can smell it. You can see it. You can feel it in the dampness of the atmosphere. It is dangerous!!!!

Disliked: The room smelled like smoke. I couldn’t stay. Lots of suspect characters that made me feel unsafe.

For one night, the smiles...
Liked: It was convenient while we did some volunteer work.
Disliked: There were several areas that were in need of repair and painting. It was a little dingy.

Disliked: I was not awarded a veteran discount because of 3rd third-party booking.... it was advertised when booking online, but no button to select 'veteran' vs 'active duty' .... I am a veteran, not active duty.... but when I mentioned this to hotel staff who were checking me in, they said to mention to whomever checked me out, and they could apply it then, so I did that; however, when I checked out, they said they itinerary was already done and couldn't be changed, because it was thru 3rd party booking, they said it should have been 'selected' at the time of booking with selected I booked the room with; first of all, I booked online, and didn't speak to anyone... that option wasn't even offered... plus there was only an option to select 'active duty' not 'veteran', so how could I then very well notify booking staff!? They said that I should have booked with the site directly vs online... they don't even offer a phone number online!? As soon as you select that hotel online, it immediately takes you to online booking with the 3rd party (I learned this after the fact...); so how can I request the veteran discount that way!? This is an extreme inconvenience! And unfairness to the veteran!
