Everything was good overall
Liked: The manager was a quality person accepting responsibility and making the problem go away

Very good
Liked: The room was comfortable and the facilities were good.
Disliked: The ac didn't cool the room. There was only one ice machine for the whole facility.

Disliked: Bed was very uncomfortable matress was caved in on one side of the bed.

Liked: We were disappointed by the mold in the shower and around door frames, sheets were dirty. Only decaf coffee in room. Rm 106. The desk staff in lobby was wonderful!
Disliked: The room condition and fresh sheets.

Exceptional
Liked: Rooms were nice. Liked having a refrigerator/freezer. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was convenient.
Disliked: Nothing bad.

Lovely staff, cleanliness subpar
Liked: The staff was very kind and professional and the location was great! Nice lobby and breakfast area.
Disliked: The room was noticeably dirty (we stayed on the 3rd floor) The sheets were heavily pilled, the carpet and towels were stained and there was mold in the bath tub. Also, it didn't look like the room had been vacuumed.
