A very clean hotel with...

Liked: The hotel was clean and had everything we needed for our stay and the kids enjoyed the outdoor pool. It is close to the highway making for easy travel.
Disliked: Breakfast is OVER at 9:00am on the weekend. If you go down to eat at 8:45 am there will be nothing left for you. I would encourage you to go down for breakfast early.

Not worth the price I...

Disliked: Room smelled of smoke and was not cleaned well. Our ice bucket had a brown liquid smeared in the bucket and under the lid, bedding was stained, and the tub was caked in lime scale.

Grimy rooms with gross floors.

Liked: The location of the property is excellent.
Disliked: The pictures are very deceiving. The property is extremely run-down. The beds are getting work out, the shower/ toilet room was very gross. Bugs crawling on the floor. I got video of one.. The ground was very dirty. I wish I took better close up of the walls near the floor.Overall the hotel room was grimy, but there was nothing else to do since hotels were sold out on the weekend. Typically a La Quinta is my go to place because of nice they traditionally are but the owners need to put some care into their business at this location.

Liked: The location to shops and restaurants was great.
Disliked: The cleanliness of the hotel was subpar. The floors were dirty the lighting was dim and the hotel was stuffy. The walls were dingy, windows and doors lacked proper working conditions. Some doors didn't open or shut properly. The windows (some) were missing screens and others had drafts. The restroom needed refinishing on the tub floor and was peeling. The toilet was not clean either. The floors looked and felt gritty.I will say hotel staff did take action and moved me to another room promptly after being notified of the issue. Once moved the new room was only somewhat better. I could tell the bed had been changed and clean linen was used. The floors were swept but not mopped thoroughly. By the bed and night table there was what looked like spilled food from a previous guest still on the floor. The bathroom walls had random hairs. I am guessing also from a previous guest. The hair dryer that is provided had what looked to be food or maybe makeup all over the handle. The walls by the trashcan also looked dirty. The light in the corner of the room didn't work. The key card reader was not able to read my card and ultimately needed to be addressed as well. Staff did take care of this issue immediately and resolved it needed new batteries. The security lock was ineffective and the door could just be pushed open once the door was unlocked with the key card. The Hotel elevator had not been cleaned or wiped down as it was very dingy looking as well. The floor of the elevator was dirty and had tracks from spilled food inside. The oil spill outside the elevator was eventually mopped but nothing else was cleaned during the entire stay. We decided to use the stairs for the duration of the stay. The stairwells were extremely hot and looked neglected as well. Walls had holes along floor boards. This location seems very run down for the prices they are asking.

Liked: Very old and run down, previous guests used towels hanging on back of bathroom door, baseboards falling off, pillows were lumpy and extremely old, rooms very small, bathroom tiny.

I will never stay there...

Liked: Nothing. A huge disappointment. I have stayed at other La Quintas that were much better.
Disliked: Not clean, run down, not well maintained, and smelled bad.

Liked: Staff was pleasant and moved us rooms after our 1st room had a terrible bed
Disliked: Terrible beds with huge hole indention in the middle not very clean facilities very run down
