Liked: Location is perfect
Disliked: Swimming pool is not available employees do not speak very good English not very hard to understand

I've stayed there before and...

Liked: The breakfast was good. It had several hot choices that were actually hot. Plenty of parking. Good access to I-35. The room was clean. Nice staff. Reasonably quiet location.
Disliked: The bed was a little on the soft side. The water level in the toilet was a little too high -- not the wake-up call I needed! Nothing that would keep me from staying there again.

Cockroach Hotel

Liked: The room was comfortable
Disliked: The staff wasn't very friendly when it comes to accommodating the guest. They're all so infested with cockroaches! I saw a cockroach in a cabinet with the plates and bowls and the next morning my husband found a cockroach next to the sausages they were serving for breakfast. I mentioned the issue when I seen the first one they didn't offer me any kind of discount or refund even though we were there for several days. I messaged them through booking and they gave me a lousy 10% off of my last night staying there! You should be refunding a lot more than 10% when you're infested with cockroaches especially by the breakfast area!

Cheap for a reason

Liked: Affordable stay and decent breakfast.
Disliked: Roaches/bugs everywhere, dirty floors and bathroom. Musty smell and stuffy.

Liked: The price was good. The room was clean.
Disliked: The bathroom was very small. The room was supposedly handicap accessible but the bathroom would have been too small to maneuver with mobility issues though it was equipped with handrails.

Passable

Liked: Breakfast was filling. Ease of entry to room was good. AC worked well.
Disliked: Tile in shower breaking, pool not maintained, water was green. Room was minimalistic, nothing special.

Would not go back

Disliked: Pool was shut down by the health department and never opened back up even after having 2 employees tell us it would. Rooms were not clean
