Not recommend staying here again....

Disliked: Very rude service from front desk. We informed them in the morning that we had no hot water in our bathroom and there was light that was out. They told my husband they fix it while we went out on a tour and if unable too move to room which had hot water. When we returned we wanted to shower and head out for dinner but the rooms was not cleaned either Reception and the hot water and lights not been fixed. We call front desk and she said there was no message that we complained about these issue and no other customer has inform them about the water. She gave us new room which was better but still the water was like warm at best. We went down ask is there issue in hotel and she was very rude and didn’t believe us. I had to walk away as it was very poor service. Making us to be at fault. We took the room only because we was tired and need to make our dinner booking. She told me she all there was and she was night manager. Think she need proper customer service. She shouldn’t make the paying customers upset.

Overall was a below average...

Liked: Property is a good location. Parking on site was good.
Disliked: Breakfast was not a good value. Options were limited and cold. Do not recommend the breakfast. Also, the room we stayed was not done for the two nights we stayed. The area to get breakfast was also small. The staff in the front counter were not friendly.

Amazing, comfortable, clean will definitely...

Liked: Breakfast was delicious. My daughter spilled a drink and staff was quick to help us clean up.. check in was smoother then most hotels and staff was helpful in giving us directions to nearest Walmart. Will definitely be staying again.

Spend a little more some...

Disliked: Smelled, sticky floors, miscommunication on breakfast time, no pool or hot tub, bed was uncomfortable and AC made a high pitched noise THE ENTIRE time. Fridge didn’t cool, tv volume was sooo low. Stains on furniture, and a very poor paint job all through out. Painters tape goes a long way.

Liked: the location was perfect and in a central location, clean, neat,tidy and the staff would always great you when you entered and departed. The breakfast was excellent with a wide range of items available.
