Liked: Clean room, lobby, entrance, and parking lot. Convenient location, not far from I-295 and Hwy 1. Walking distance to Bob Evans restaurant, Whole Foods grocery, and a steak house restaurant
Disliked: Outdoor pool early closing times

Liked: This is the cleanest and most comfortable hotel in Jacksonville! Excellent value! We will stay again the next time we are in town!
Disliked: Breakfast: coffee and juice were out and the sausage was terrible. Also the water pressure in the shower could be improved.

Liked: The room was neat, clean ,and comfortable. The breakfast was very nice. The stay was affordable.
Disliked: The pool was closed for repairs. The ice machine did not work on my floor.

Disliked: The a/c didn’t get cold literally was hot during my whole stay plus I’m pregnant didn’t make it no better and also beds was not comfortable at all

Disliked: I got charged $15 for a stained towel, which I didn't stain. No one was available for checkout and it took 3 days for someone to send me an invoice.the entire hotel was hot, their air conditioner must have been broken.
