The location was perfect for...

Liked: The location was perfect for us. We were playing basketball at the sportsplex. The pool was maintained nicely. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The only issue we encountered was the sheets were stained. No big deal, but it was kind of unsettling.

Awful and rude guest service

Liked: The place is nice and clean
Disliked: The staff service was really rude at the time of doing check out and they can not stopped knocking doors even when you tell them that you're about to leave, and from the other hand when they call at the room the way they treat guests is really awful and rude asking to leave like if I don wanted to leave and I do offer to pay any extra fee for a 30 minute late check out (11:30am) because I was aware of the few minutes extra that I was staying and packing my stuff. So, in other words, their service is really bad for me.

Disliked: The only thing was the breakfast I woulda like to have something different other than just sausage and eggs maybe bacon or sausage links but other than that it was great! Plus the $50 a night was new to me and I been here before and never had to hold $150 for my stay

Liked: Clean rooms, stocked supplies, and Wi-Fi. Friendly staff
Disliked: I did not like that I could not bring guests to swim. I have family in the Cape Girardeau area which is why I traveled there and booked Laquita because it had a pool we all could gather at. I was told they would have to be a guest to swim. That was the whole reason I rented at Laquita. We had to go somewhere else to swim and pay money. I did not even get to use the pool at Laquita.
