Liked: The check in representative was very nice.
Disliked: The room smelled like smoke - it was supposed to be non smoking.

Great staff - they changed my room from the side with the railroad tracks to a better location at no extra charge. Only bad thing I can say is that the surrounding area is nothing but industrial buildings for miles. It was hard to find a grocery store or any restaurants besides the Denny's.

Liked: Great location; close to Verizon Wireless Amphitheater.

Liked: Due to a mix-up with booking.com, LaQuinta charged me for a no show, even though I was there in room 123. Ripoff city, both booking.com and LaQuinta, are nothing but scammed. Neither of you hires anyone with good ENGLISH SPEAKING SKILLS. And neither of you are will to fix the situation. I will never use booking.com or Laquinta hotels again. You are unethical, thieving trash.
