Superb

Liked: Even on 6th floor, the shower had lots of water pressure and was excellent. Breakfast selection was good.
Disliked: There was only 1 elevator and it was very slow.

Perfect

Liked: The people were great!

Minus the noise and walls...

Liked: The bed was overall comfy but the constant noise but unreal. Construction going on and constant beeping from the equipment and walls shaking from the work being done.
Disliked: The bed was comfortable and the ac worked fairly well for what it was.

Trerrible!!!!!!

Liked: close to quick food.
Disliked: No heads up for late arrivals at 3am. This noise forced my family to leave early since we couldn't get back to sleep. These new arrivals knocked at my door, for what reason I don't know , but it was a safety factor on our part. Never to return!!!!!

Dissapointing

Disliked: Green pool water. Room wasn't ready at 3. Toilet broke. TV wouldn't work. Ants.no parking.

Overall nice hotel with good...

Liked: The staff was nice. The hotel was very clean and the suite was huge! Breakfast was decent. Parking was reasonable.
Disliked: One of the doors of our suite wouldn't lock so we had to use the extra safety lock to keep it closed. And the pool was an odd green color.

No Issues. Convenient location and...

Liked: The Suite was more spacious than anticipated for the price.
Disliked: Construction on the front exterior limited parking for a filled up Gen Con 2025 event. Probably should have been planned during a smaller event in the area.

Very good

Liked: Location was great. Easy access to interstate and surrounded by restaurants within walking distance. Super Walmart across the street too. Plus, there's an absolutely great Mongolian restaurant nerby called Yummy Bowl that is incredible.We were staying for Gen Con weekend so being able to bring our board games back and play them in the banquet room was really nice. Plus, the full breakfast was a great value in the morning before heading to the convention. Would stay here again.
Disliked: Elevator was super slow. There was renovation going on so there was a very strong chemical smell sometimes on the lower floor near elevator.

Could be a great hotel...

Liked: Breakfast buffet and close enough to Indianapolis to attend events easily.
Disliked: We purchased a king sized room with whirlpool. The TV was tiny, the fridge was leaking, no vent in the bathroom we could find, the A/C did not have an “on” fan mode only auto. Most of all, there was constructions happening outside of our immediate window during our stay. Not only did we not know this would be happening - they started noise early after 8 AM daily and we came back Saturday to an absolutely terrible smell. It was like a varnishing or paint smell. When we told the hotel, it was tough to get in contact with the owner (who never followed up directly). We didn’t receive additional ventilation options (and why did we have to ask). Eventually the staff told us it was a roof sealant and “safe.” This just doesn’t feel acceptable.
