Liked: The check in representative was very nice.
Disliked: The room smelled like smoke - it was supposed to be non smoking.

Great staff - they changed my room from the side with the railroad tracks to a better location at no extra charge. Only bad thing I can say is that the surrounding area is nothing but industrial buildings for miles. It was hard to find a grocery store or any restaurants besides the Denny's.

Liked: Great location; close to Verizon Wireless Amphitheater.

Disliked: The room was musty and smelled like mildew. I'm not happy with that. The bathroom is just as bad. Carpets are dirty as well. This place is in great location. But definitely needs update. Or deeper cleaning.. it served its purpose. Also your staff at counter didnt tell me about breakfast and we missed the time frame. :-( so that was not good service.:-(

Disliked: The staff was rude, check in was 3pm I went at 315 and my room wasn’t even ready. When I asked when the didn’t know and said I needed to wait. I asked if I could have a later check for the inconvenience and they said no. My tv did not work and they had no one able to look at it tell the next day at 10. Check out is 11.

Liked: Bookings and LaQuinta need to re-evaluate this hotel. I don't think either should recommend it. It's an unusual site, made from repurposed silos, but it does not say this anywhere in the description. I expected a lovely, comfortable room. Instead, it is a concrete room with one filthy window that looks at a train track, literally 10 ft from window. The room is concrete walls. Think cell. Think concrete tomb. We're talking bad. You need to let people know before they reserve this room. Re-evauate immediately. Take this off your site.
