La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Indianapolis Airport Lynhurst

Staff was very helpful. Rooms very clean and beds were comfortable. The decor in rooms was beautiful. Will differently stay here again when I visit for concerts at 8 Second Saloon!

The only pleasant part of this hotel experience was the front desk lady when we first checked in. We check in and get up to our room and to our surprise there was black dog hair on all of the beds! Also no phone in the room - we went down and complained so they switched us to a room across the hall. We get into that room and the air conditioner was running - the room was absolutely freezing so we turned the heat on and again to our surprise it smelled absolutely horrible, like it was on fire. The smoke detector in the room went off - no staff member came up to check on us! There were also millions of tiny ants crawling all around the dresser and end table. The girls and I got ready and went out. When we got back to our room later that night we walked into the entire dresser covered in ants, so I went downstairs and asked for a refund. The lady wouldn't give me a refund but said we could switch rooms, so yet again we went to a new room and yet again ants! We decided to pack our things and drive home that night. Very dirty hotel and the lady working the desk at night was a nightmare to deal with. I will never stay there again and I absolutely do not recommend it. Honestly the place should be shut down.

Disliked: The rooms were rundown. The beds had stains, and the rugs were sticky and dirty. and the toilet didn’t work unless you took the top off and use your hands to flush it

Liked: Nasty not clean at all. Roaches here and drug addicts everywhere. Lobby definitely tricks you soon as you get out of the lobby halls stink nasty. People walking around talking to their self, walking around naked.
Disliked: Everything. Bugs the smell everything was nasty

Liked: I didn't. This was a trip for a celebration of life for my son who was shot and killed in January of this year. This hotel was deplorable. The staff was rude,and thos location was aweful.
Disliked: Rude staff,hidden charges,we were moved to 3 different rooms. The first room had a broken door lock and bugs. The second room the TV didn't work,the 3rd room the microwave didn't work and the air conditioning was barely working. Would never book here again. Horribly disappointed

Liked: From my opinion I think they have a bed bug infestation bc I have bite marks all over my back and arms
Disliked: The property manager being more genuine with the value of the room the consideration of the pet fee because everyone has a pet and if I can stay at a motel that doesn't charge that extra 175 rhen

Disliked: The free breakfast was not what we expected waffles and cereal was really the only thing that was there juice was out of order no swimming pool that was a little disappointing
