La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Indianapolis Airport Executive

Do not book here - it was very scary.

Disliked: There was no soap; the elevator was very scary; the room I originally booked wasn't even clean by the time I got there; the room smelled musty.

We were only there for one night....but everything was great!

The smell gave my son...

Liked: The gentleman working the desk was nice. He went to investigate the pot smoking on our floor. It was a cheaper price, but we for what we paid for. Large TV.
Disliked: Floors in common areas needed mopped and halls needed swept. Hall carpet looked stained because it hasn’t been taken care of. Doors were chipped and not painted properly. Shower head leaded out the aside and soaked the floor. The room smelled so weird I had to buy and air freshener. Mold growing in the vents of the air conditioner. Small room. Sink was immediately to the right when entering. Bed sheets were stained, cigarette hole in top decorative cover, pillow cases didn’t match. Only two per bed. Wyndham should take better care of ANY property associated with their name.

Liked: The room was spacious, the bedding was comfortable and covers heavy enough but not too heavy. Plenty of lighting in room as well as usb plug ins

For the trip it wasn’t...

Disliked: I was there 2 nights 3 days, no one came to clean the rooms at all I had to go downstairs & get an extra towel

Will never stay again, these...

Liked: Very unsanitary… I had to tip toe and use towels to step on due to the severity of uncleaned room I have so many photos of how unclean this place was ….
Disliked: Very rude management and service helpers , can’t use a professional tone and wanted me to clean my own room …

Liked: The TV has YouTube and cable
Disliked: The bed had blood stains on it and other brown stains then when I went to check out they tried to take my deposit for the stains I didn't make & even if I did they should be professionally cleaned the sink is broken the room was very dusty it was a booger on the wall in the bathroom and the old short fat man was rude since we walked in
