Do not book here - it was very scary.

Disliked: There was no soap; the elevator was very scary; the room I originally booked wasn't even clean by the time I got there; the room smelled musty.

Not clean

Liked: Nice decor
Disliked: Upon arrival. My room was not clean. It looked like someone had slept on our bed ( hair residue on pillows and sheets. The toilet too was not clean. Staff was hesitant to change sheets but did.

not clean, waste of money.

Liked: nothing
Disliked: Upon arrival we had to look around the property for the person working the front desk, whom we ended up finding sitting outback of the hotel in a shipping container. Our room wasn’t “ready” at check in, and also wasn’t ready till an hour after check in time. just for us to check into a room that was no where near clean. there were zero complimentary soaps, only to find one floating in the toilet as we used the toilet for the first time. were given only one wash cloth and it had yellow marking on it. came back later that night after our event to find dirty sheets on the bed also. only booked this hotel for one night because of an event we were attending and it was way overpriced for the horrible quality. the “complimentary breakfast” is also a huge joke.

Never again.

Liked: Didn't like anything. Wish I would have spent more money and went with a different place.
Disliked: Staff wasn't friendly. Breakfast was limited and they said when they were out. They were out. Also they took our towels and didn't replace them. We had to empty our own garbage also.

Great value

Liked: The rooms are clean and the bed was comfortable.
Disliked: The milk at breakfast on Monday was spoiled and I got an upset stomach from drinking it and if you want something to eat or drink better have a ride cause it's a walk to get anything.

Decent but never again

Disliked: Our door broke, maintenance did fix it. Gave us an extra hour to check out but after 12:00pm two staff members stood at our door from then until 12:14pm and knocked 3 times within that time period. After that they got very verbally aggressive with us stating we have to leave because they already gave us an extra hour but the hotel was literally empty. So we just left. Also they have drinks to purchase but the refrigerator they have for drinks to purchase was 3/4 empty and no water was available you had to go to the gas station for that.

Overall a good stay.

Liked: Quick and easy check in process. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Very close to my event at the Wyndham and food options. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Elevator was out of service and the first room I was put in had a broken heater. The fire alarm was also hanging from the ceiling covered with a plastic bag. When I called the desk, I was given a new room with no issues, so the staff was very cooperative and helpful. But it seems this hotel is in need of some updates. Otherwise, it was great.
