Overnight stay on the way...

Liked: The staff was very accommodating and friendly, the pool and hot tub were nice. Loved the temperature of the hot tub and how clean the pool was.
Disliked: The room was showing it's age and wear and tear/ The mat on the tub was coming off the tub, the vanity had rubbing and varnish missing the fridge was falling out of the cupboard, the window blinds had holes and cracks in them. The hallway carpet needed a deep cleaning and the sidewalks outside has bird poop all over them and lastly there was not sufficient parking. I had to park in the neighboring businesses parking lot behind the hotel.

Disliked: The younger guy at check in at night was a complete miserable person. Seemed annoyed and not friendly. Woman with red hair cleaning the buffet grabbed my daughter and yelled at her. My 4 year old daughter was swinging her sweater playfully at her brother and the woman came over and scolded her.

Liked: Location is great, walking distance from many shops. Idaho Falls was "just" a stop on my road trip through the US and this hotel was perfect. Staff was super friendly, they have a gym/pool that's open 24/7, good breakfast. Room was huge, super comfy beds and nice bathroom. Honestly, it's great value for money. Ended up booking an extra night. Definitely recommend staying here!
