We enjoyed our stay, the room was spacious. Emily gave us directions to restaurant row and we had a blast. Thank you for having us.

Liked: Convenient location
Disliked: Rude staff, specially a young Spanish lady. She does not know how to open her mouth to greet customers or what? I came to ask some questions but her attitude is ridiculous. Not even say Hi or How can I help you? Even I am a customer and I said Hi to her politely first. I asked “can I have a question?” She just opened her eyes balls to look at me, and pointed me at the other lady to help me. We stayed for 5 days but there were no refrigerator or microwave in our room at all. On the last evening, I had to come to ask why other rooms have refrIgerator, but not mine, then the staff brought a refrigerator and a microwave for us. That is terrible!

I wouldn't stay again.
Liked: The location was convenient.
Disliked: There was no bath mat, my son fell in the tub while taking a shower. He hurt his knees, ankles and wrists. Beds were uncomfortable.

Liked: The staff was great!
Disliked: I booked my room a night before and when I got to the property to check in . Someone else had gotten checked in under my reservation! So not only I had to wait over 30 minutes for the staff to figure it out and I had my kids were in my car waiting! I. Finally get another room where I couldn’t even get the door open because the door knob was broken! Jo the owner or the manager on duty was very nice and kept apologizing for the mixup and she gave me a choice to pick a room so I did! The room I was in had a smell and the tub had mold also the ceiling had brown stains. I’ve never had this experience with la Quinta hotels !Would I book again!? No I won’t! Even though the staff gave me the best customer service! The property was not worth the money!
