Liked: Me and my husband always come to Houston and visit family. This is the hotel we always stay at.The first night was horrible..Our floor stayed moist.I had turned the air up and I literally had to throw towels down the next morning after I got up out my bed and used the restroom and was just sliding on the floor it was so wet ..I went downstairs and told thw front desk respecrionist and he told me that he can't put me in another room because they were full and that he would send the mantience guy up to take a look at it .We'll the mantience guy came up with a mop and mopped the water up .He told me that it's a old building (room ) and to just leave the airconditioner turned up and he would be back in 30 minutes. However I haven't seen him back at my room..Hair on the floor and in the face bowl.I highly recommend not to stay here ..Not to sound racist but this place is ran by Hispanics and they don't care..Definitely plan on sending I.C.E. there to see who is illegal because this is unacceptable.

Disliked: Had the oddest smell, and the AC unit in the room was VERY loud, which was hard to sleep after a 9 hour drive. The room smelled musky.

Disliked: Chair was broken and dirty, no hair dryer, not enough pillows and side door entrance to outside was not locked. Anyone could walk in at anytime!
