Liked: It was affordable for its location and the lobby looked nice
Disliked: The rooms were not ready and did not have towels, even though they said they were going to bring them us towels. We still had to go back in the evening to go pick them up. The water sprinklers look damaged for a fire. The moisture control in the room is absolutely terrible. It's as though you're sleeping in sweat.All night. The a c does not work properly or cool properly. There is water damage on the ceiling and around the AC. That they tried to cover up with patchwork. There were also german cockroaches, which caused us to check out immediately.In the morning.

Pleasant

Liked: I love how friend the staff were. The room was clean and smelled clean. Location was good to the area we were going to NRG stadium. We got there quickly with little traffic at 5pm.
Disliked: My only thing I dislike was the bed frame it was made from steel and made sleeping a bit uncomfortable. Pillows were worn out. Other thing was the side entrance access were always open, you could enter without a badge.

Highly disappointing!

Liked: Liked that it was right off the highway and easy to get to. Also liked that there was an IHop right next door.
Disliked: Dirty. Obviously poorly cleaned between visits. You could see the marks of mess all over the head board that needed to be cleaned and wiped down. Made me wonder if the sheets were even truly clean. Dried streaks on the outside of the toilet. The shower and brown spots around the drain and on the corner. I’ve also never stayed at a hotel whose hot water ran out on the first shower in less that’s five minutes. And the lack of towels was just another thing to add to my list of complaints.
