Best Place to Stay for...
Liked: My favorite part of this place was the 24/7 Nescafé! That’s my favorite coffee and the infused lime water. Breakfast was good, too!
Disliked: No complaints!

Liked: Suck there was not much of anything to eat all we got was some biscuits and sausage that didn't look done
Disliked: Food was bad. We ask for queen size bed but got full size bed

Terrible. I will never stay...
Liked: I picked the location because I thought this was a good name brand and it was only 8 miles from MD Anderson. I am traveling for the purpose of treatment for cancer.
Disliked: The staff was horrible. I know the check in time is 3 o’clock, we arrived from out of town at 1:30 PM. We stopped at the hotel to see if I could ask whether a clean room was available. There was a sign up, saying that no one was available. Later, the manager would tell me she was there, and she showed me the sign, and I said that sign was there, but no one else was there. It would’ve been nice if I could’ve asked For an available room, but instead, we had to go somewhere and walk around the mall.Once we arrived at 3 o’clock, Sal, the front desk person was extremely rude. The room he assigned us had no air conditioning and no phone service. I had to carry my luggage manually all the way back down from room 330 to ask for a different room.When I got there, Sal was clearly annoyed by my presence. He continued to argue with mee in the presence of new customers. When I asked to speak with a manager, he said she was busy. The manager then came out of a side door and helped me get a different room.Sal continued to trash talk me in front of others, and I said, Sir, I am a paying customer, and I don’t know where you’re from, but in America, paying customers deserve basic manners. The manager then told me to stop talking because what I just said just canceled my complaint.
