Don’t book here.
Liked: I could not stay at this hotel, it was filthy. I had to book a separate hotel.
Disliked: Stains all over the place, a scent in the room that smelt awful, they also had originally booked the wrong room as well so I walked into someone else’s room

Liked: Hot breakfast was available as well as cereal breakfast variety.
Disliked: There were no eggs at the 6 a.m. hour, and hot breakfast offerings were fewer than usual. Tea, coffee and hot chocolate are available day and night in the lobby.

Liked: Location was close to where I needed to go... but, comfort inn gets my business next time. Unprofessional staff, rude, elevator out. Not much to draw a return visit.
Disliked: Elevator was out and I was put on third floor. Asked for lower floor and told more $ even with knee just replaced last year. Also, the clerk on the counter could barely speak English and rude. Never again at that location.

Disliked: Elevators weren’t working breakfast was gone by 9am nothing left the didn’t restock and the key card kept messing up so I kept having to go downstairs.

Filthy hotel. Needs cleaning and...
Liked: Location of the hotel is great.
Disliked: Starting with the staff, I checked in at the hotel at 10pm. The receptionist was a Pakistani guy who checked us in. He was unprofessionally dressed and later I noticed that he was sitting in the lobby with his friends chilling on Sofas. He had a very unprofessional appearance and demeanor. Please wear a suit with proper tie and maintain a professional standard. Greet your customers. 2nd: the elevator was broken and the stairway smelled disgusting. Whoever owns this, needs to get cleaners and work on making the hotel smell good from entrance to hallways and rooms. Each time I passed the stairs ways to get to my room, I had to hold my breath. The carpet was filthy, which explains one of the reasons of filthy odor. 3: the room we were in was filthy. The ceiling had mold like there had been water damage or water leaks. The bathroom door had paint chipping off. One can tell that whoever owns this franchise is putting very little money into maintenance and this hotel is becoming a health risk with the molds. I’d report this the bureau of business or county health services as this hotel is a health risk because of molds.
