Liked: I have stayed previous trips and the staff is always very helpful and attentive. The location is close to my family I visit
Disliked: The facility is looking worn in the rooms. The bathtub was in need of refinishing or replacement as there was rust near faucet and good sized worn area in base of tub. The elevator broke down twice and o had to carry heavy luggage down 3 flights of stairs. The breakfast selection was not up to what it has been previously. The bed was borderline comfortable.

It was exactly as expected!

Blood stained linens, staff refused...

Disliked: The first room we were put in was dirty, no light bulbs in the lamps & it did NOT have a tv like the pictures & description depicted. We were moved to another room with VERY small tvs, & no working lamps. The sheets and pillow case was stained with what appeared to be blood. I immediately brought these items to the front desk’s attention. I was then told housekeeping staff would “check it out”. We left & upon our return noticed the blood stained linens were STILL in our room. I returned to the front desk & was given a replacement. I was told to speak with the morning staff & get a refund for my stay because this is a biohazard. In the morning the SAME front desk attendant told me that the staff couldn’t go into the room because the housekeeper told them they had a video of a dog in the room. ( they refused to show me or explain how they had a video from INSIDE the hotel room we were staying in at the time) I was told they couldn’t, and wouldn’t be giving me any refund or discount of any sort. I checked out & left. This place is disgusting & the staff was incredibly rude! I will NEVER return or recommend this hotel to anyone.
