Good for a short stay....

Liked: Only 5 min from Hobby Airport. The room and bed were comfortable. Cleanliness standard but it passes. Overall a good stay.
Disliked: A bit of an attitude by the front desk staff during check-in. I made a mistake inputting my CC date of expiration on Booking.com, to which the person at the front desk reacted as if that was a major issue. The payment was taken by using another card to make it easier and to avoid more problems with the person at check-in. The hotel said that Booking.com is only for the booking of the room but that the payment is collected by the hotel. Apparently, this is the reason why the person at the front desk seemed to be worked up by my mistake on the expiration date in the CC.The shuttle service only starts at 5am, which didn't work for me because my flight departed at that same time.

The fire alarm went off at 5 am and everyone needed to evacuate for an hour. We checked in on Saturday eve and was told

Liked: Clean, comfortable beds
Disliked: Our room phone didnt work, 1/3 of the ceiling wasnt painted. Simple fixes to elevate the rating.

this is a well-maintained property with everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Liked: Location is perfect for flying in and out of Houston From Hobby airport. The fire alarm went off at 5 AM and the staff did an incredible job of keeping everyone informed once people discovered it was an actual potential fire situation.
Disliked: In the fire alarm situation, it was a customer smoking in their room. Obviously, I did not care for this. The staff truly did exceptional job making sure grumpy evacuated customers were informed and kept comfortable.

It was not that great!!!!

Disliked: The bathtub was dirty , the phone didnt work,the receptionist was rude and didnt even want to be bothered about anything.and it was very noisy.
