Disliked: Atleast let someone know one day before you cancel reservation . It was unwise to cancel my reservation and wait till the day that I was checking in . I already hate la- Quinta in general because of their poor mis- management of time .They should acquire the skill of keeping customers but not chasing away potential customers.
