Disliked: Water pressure was to low and the water at the in door pool was ice cold

Disliked: I asked for extra pillow the first night they said no, then towels the next day they asked million questions before they gave me some, I had to bring the wet ones from the room to exchange them for new ones.

Liked: Everything was great. Clean rooms, full breakfast, friendly staff.
Disliked: The pool was freezing cold. One of the days that we stayed, we were in our room while the housekeepers did their rounds so they did not stop by at all. I waved one down but she never came to the room. Later, I asked the front desk for clean towels and she said she didn't have any. Every day other than that day, Housekeeping did great.

Liked: The staff was courteous, the room was extremely clean and well maintained, and the location was perfect. There were eateries and shops less than a mile away.
