Please do better

Liked: Breakfast was cool. Restroom was decently clean.
Disliked: The bug that crawled up the wall my husband had to kill. The doorwal of the front facing balcony needs to be fix bad. The carpet felt gross just go carpetless it is a better thing and its easier to keep clean. Honestly it needs updating and not sure why yall csn NEVER KEEP STAFF ITS CRAZY. Maybe better management is needed.
