Good - but..

Liked: Spacious rooms, close location to the airport. Foyer area was quite nice.
Disliked: Shuttle service was difficult. Travelling from overseas I didn’t have the ability to ring. 2 messages to the hotel the previous day asking about the shuttle were ignored. No helpful information available on the website. Booked shuttle for return to airport. Had to inquire as to its whereabouts 15 minutes after departure time. No staff advice to people who were clearly waiting for the shuttle. Have travelled widely and most hotels handle this all much better.

Liked: Staff lovely, comfortable bed
Disliked: Booked location for airport access but transport went to many different locations before dropping me off so not sure I would recommend for airport transfers
