Superb

I wouldn't stay here!

Liked: It was very close to the concert we attended and lots of restaurants.
Disliked: The lady at the front desk wasn't friendly or helpful. The key cards didn't work well on the room door and we couldn't make them work to get into the pool either. The air conditioner didn't cool the room off at all. We ended up having to go buy a fan because the lady said moving rooms was not an option because they were full. There were hairs on all the linens. There was a crying baby and barking dog in the room next to us. The TV put itself on a channel where you could hear soccer but couldn't see anything and we couldn't get it back to the channels. It just said that direct needed to be restarted before we could watch anything else.

Disappointing

Disliked: The room smelled terrible of stale cigarette smoke. Also appeared to be in not a very good area of town as there was loud music and sirens most of the night.

Liked: I did not stay there... they charged me anyway after they told me the room was messed up and the ac unit had leaked water all over the floor... They say they didn't have anymore rooms and that I would get a refund from booking... I never got it!!!!!
