This was the 2nd time...

Liked: Breakfast was good. Location was easy to find. Beds were comfortable. Check-in & check-out were very easy. Room was reasonably clean.
Disliked: Bathtub didn't look clean. Gap in wall around A/C plug. Piece of baseboard fell off near bathroom. We put Do Not Disturb for first day there...took it down for the second day to have room cleaned...housekeeping did not even go into the room...beds unmade and dirty towels still on bathroom floor.

Great except the fall

Liked: Breakfast was great. Rolling chair in RM slide from under. me , the last day of my stay. . Hurt my shoulder and elbow and knee. I am ok now. Did not report it I had to return home.
Disliked: The fall renove rolling chair from room
