Liked: Breakfast was good and staff was mostly nice
Disliked: The bath water ran slowly and the room needed a deep clean. We asked for towels for two days in a row and were given two different reasons as to why. Neither reason made sense. We also got our swimsuit stolen. Some staff were rude while others were nice.

Liked: Pool area very nice, could use more cleaning.Room was large, soundproofing very good, breakfast was fine, nothing exceptional but decent. This is a very large facility, being renovated. I hope they do away with carpet in the rooms.Location was convenient and safe.
Disliked: Bedding could be upgraded. Bed was comfortable tho. Lighting was poor, room was very dark. Add to that the very dark carpet.
