Liked: I liked the very hot water. The hot water was hotter than any other hotel I have ever stayed. The really cold refrigerator. Usually the very small girl fridge is just cold enough. The fridge in my room was really cold and I loved it.
Disliked: I didn't like that no one mentioned the hotel is currently being renovated. As of my visit August 4 to Aug 7, 2025. It looks like it has several months to go for completion. There is a stale odor when you walk in. The water pressure was almost non-existent. It felt like I took my showers under a slow running faucet. It was so difficult to get enough water on my body to wash it.Since the hotel is undergoing renovations I knew asking for another room would not resolve the problem. I do hope that the renovations increase the water pressure in the future.When I first arrived the front desk person asked me to wait while he did something on his cell phone. His shirt was very wrinkled and he was not a good representation of the hotel.The next morning after I arrived I called housekeeping to request additional towels. I waited over an hour before I tried calling again. when I did call again, Someone answered the phone and immediately hung up three times. I had to get ready and leave but when I returned I reported it to the front desk.I will not be staying at this hotel again. I needed to stay an additinal day but I got a room at the hotel about block away, Home 2 Suites by Hilton. I had a much better room with better amenities.
