Not so great.

Liked: Room was just OK.
Disliked: Girl at front desk not friendly. Called from room for help and nobody answered. Got locked out of hotel because someone deactivated our card. After walking around to go in front door in the cold we found our room had not been cleaned and had no extra towels or coffee.

Liked: Friendly staff. Large room and bed. Pet friendly.
Disliked: Pillows had no support. Needs two elevators
