Liked: The room was comfy enough and location of hotel was good for our needs. Lots of facilities and highway very close.
Disliked: Hotel was pretty tired, breakfast was not great (but included).

Disliked: Pillows had hair on them. Television, microwave, or fridge didn't work and ruined my medication that was supposed to stay cool. This room was horrible. But the nights before the room was good.

Liked: The location, clean areas inside and outside also clean room, cleaning ladies wereAwesome. I like there are washers and dryers in the hotel. It costs a bit Much but the convenience was great. The breakfast was great! Waffles, bacon, sausages and fresh oranges and apples! Although there was activity in the hallway and house the stay was mostly quiet. The concierge was very helpful polite and professional.
Disliked: After the third day I started to hear activity in the hallways, noise and one woman screaming as in pain. Also the stairway and back exits were being held open with hand towels late at night and in the early morning hours. So i did t feel too safe.

Disappointing compared to previous stays.

Disliked: Staff was unfriendly and unhelpful. Certain amenities were not working properly.
