Easy access to town.spa tub...

Liked: Breakfast was good. Cookies in the evening were a nice touch. Oscar was very kind and informative. We loved the spa tub.
Disliked: Our room was at the end of the hall furtherest away from the front desk. Elevator to our room on third floor also further away from our room.

Liked: Breakfast staff was amazing.
Disliked: Young children were allowed to just in the pool while an elderly couple tried to enjoy the hot tub and pool. I reported this to the gentleman at the front desk, and he did NOTHING about this dangerous and annoying behavior

Friendly staff and great customer...

Liked: Staff friendliness and morale were 10/10. Overall the facility was clean and the staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast was good. No complaints. I will stay here again,
Disliked: The beds were a little bit firm but they worked fine.

Liked: Loved the front desk clerk working the afternoon shift. He would be a great teacher of customer service. Very comfortable hotel .
Disliked: Nothing
