Disliked: They didn't even have a room ready for me when I got there. They said it was fully booked. So I had to wait while they cleaned a room for me. Do I get a refund or a discount?

Liked: Big open room. Great outdoor pool and hot tub. Location the college campus was great!
Disliked: Bed was hard as a rock! I was traveling for work, and the desk lamp didn't work. I have 2 computer screens as I'm an accountant. I took a light bulb out of another lamp and lamp still didn't work. I called the front desk ad she said to flip the switch on the wall as the rooms were wired weird. I did that and lamp still didn't work. I asked for someone to come fix it but nobody ever came and fixed it. It was disappointing as I had to leave the curtains open and deal with the glare just to see my work. Breakfast was so so.
