Hotel was clean, smelled good,...

Liked: The location was nice, however, I did not eat breakfast because I had an Awful experience with the check in attendant. The hotel was clean and smelled good.
Disliked: The Staff that checked us in was very unwelcoming. We went to our room on the 4th floor. We tried using the elevator to go back down it didn't work. We waited about 20 minutes and could hear people getting on and off. I panicked, I try replying to the welcome text and I believe it was AI it couldn't get my request to report us feeling stuck on the 4th floor. I then went to the room to dial the attended. He offered no reassuring words, and told me other people are getting on and off with no problem. As if I were lying. Frantic and angry now I told my daughter I don't want to get stuck in the stairwells because we have no help. I asked her to walk down the stairs, I will hold the door open and holler when she get to the bottom and open the door. She did. Once I reached the attendant complaining now and winded. He said nothing, he took the elevator. We waited. Once he came down , he smurcked. It goes to the 4th floor, but it won't come down. I was livid. He gave me another room on the third floor. No apology or anything. The attendant at the front desk when we were leaving smiled at us and seemed very friendly. We wished she would have been there for our check in.

Superb

Liked: Room was clean, large flat screen tv, supplied amenities, good hot breakfast, great coffee. Friendly staff.
Disliked: Needs Better Pillows. They were tiny and no support. Although the air conditioner worked great, we had to leave it on 69 to keep the damp feeling out of the room. When we turned it to 72 the sheets and floor felt damp. But then we thought it had to do with the severe weather outside. We would definitely stay at this place again.

Liked: The room was nice and clean when I checked house keeping came to my room early to see if I needed anything shout out to the housekeeping team and ms.Debbie was super nice and sweet
