Liked: It was clean in and out
Disliked: The hot tub and the pool were cold the hot tub didn’t work

Liked: Friendly and helpful staff, plenty of white towels, toiletries, sofa bed, microwave, refrigerator, room size, breakfast, and location
Disliked: Everything was great about the stay, except the cleanliness. A cushion on an armchair was skewed and when we moved it to adjust it, there was a lot of rubbish between the cushion and the chair that showed it hadn't been cleaned in quite some time. This made us leery of the cleanliness of the facilities in general, and made us uneasy, even though the towels and sheets were white and clean and every other thing appeared fine. Then, the bathroom counters were dirty, but not visibly (only when you wipe) because of the color.
