Very good

Liked: It felt like it was in a safe area. The cleanliness was not white glove clean but it was acceptable. The staff was pleasant and it was pretty quiet.
Disliked: Breakfast could have been a little better, maybe more meat choices or more pastry choices but it was acceptable.

Liked: When I got to my room it wasn’t clean so I had to wait like 30 minutes for the housekeeping to come back and clean my room. This was at 9pm when I checked in.

I was double charged for...

Disliked: I was double charged for my room. I pd when I booked thru booking.com and then when I checked in she charged me again. I tried to explain what had happened but she couldn't comprehend anything. I called the hotel back after leaving to try and speak with someone and they kept telling me to contact booking.com. So I did, only to be told to contact hotel.

Did the job but no...

Liked: The shower was small and the tub made noises as you step in certain areas. The TV was discolored. Nice amount of space in the room, no real good view to speak of.
