Disliked: Room smelled like pet urine and front doors broken so remained all hours. Birds were flying in and out of the motel

Liked: Staff was friendly and kind.
Disliked: The room smelled musty, wasn't very clean, the bed was not comfortable and the front doors were kept open. I guess due to the birds nest. They were flying in the building. The entry has bird poo a d they are over your head. This is in the hotel entry. Not outside.

Exceptional

Liked: They have a good breakfast! And hotel is clean!
Disliked: I liked everything it's a good place to stay.

The staff made us feel...

Liked: My husband is disabled We was put in a room closest to the door all the people working there was very nice .We will stay there again if in that area Thank you for making us feel welcome!!!!!
Disliked: Every thing was perfect .There was nothing to dislike

Disliked: Hard to get to due to construction, dirty entryway due to bird poop all over. They said door was broke birds were flying inside on second floor for the two days there, they were just waiting for birds to fly out☹️Did not receive a room for wheelchair accessible as was requested and paid for. Leak in room, carpet soaked my socks, house phone not working They charged my bank account thirty minutes before arriving and when checked in they didn’t have King deluxe suite with roll in shower as requested and booked. First sent to room with no handicap bathroom reported so then was put in room that had 2 queen beds with tub, husband not able to shower. Finally on last night booked had to switch rooms again but finally received room with roll in shower as needed in first place. When checked out was charged for 2 nights at rate of king deluxe suite but only had 1 night. They said couldn’t do anything about it because was booked under 3rd party which would be booking. com☹️

Low expectations were not even...

Liked: Ok location for me, but difficult to access and get to given the construction.
Disliked: Staff were not very helpful, not being able to put snacks on the room charge, weak shower, and more that I have forgotten!
