Disliked: Firstly, it is not a hotel, it’s a motel. You should mention that clearly on your website. Room had bed bugs and not clean at all.

Horrible and disgusting experience.

Disliked: Dirty, rude/unprofessional staff, roaches, foul and dirty odor inside and out, toilet would back up often, pool was full of dead insects and very VERY hot.

Value for money!

Liked: Everyone was very friendly . Convenient to Airport and the beach. Breakfast was substantial. Complimentary Tea & Coffee . Beautiful pool.
Disliked: Beds a little on the high side . Difficult for elderly or people with mobility issues. Poolside loungers / sun beds are very uncomfortable. Found myself sitting on a bar
