I enjoyed my stay, loved the breakfast and would stay again. Plus I only stay at pet friendly establishments.

Liked: Friendly staff; nice grounds.
Disliked: Carpet pulled away from wall near bathroom.

A great place to stay. Front desk was very friendly and helpful. Loved that check out was at noon and that they provide a complimentary breakfast!

Disliked: The hotel did not have hot water during my stay. They did not offer any discounts or anything else for the inconvenience.

Everything was as expected.

Liked: It was as expected Downtown Fresno is very sketchy. Lots for homeless. I felt safe on the property, but not outside the fences. That's not really anything you can be in control of. It's just a sketchy area like most downtown areas are.
Disliked: As I mentioned, it was as expected. I like that it was clean in my room and everything worked well, especially the locks on the doors. The service was good.

Bad

Liked: The lobby and lobby bathroom was clean.
Disliked: The price wasn't what it was online. When I got there, it was a 100 to $200 deposit. On top of the mountain cost for the room so for 2 nights it was almost $300 plus another 200 to a $100.

Disliked: TV was and wifi was not working properly room that was booked was not avaible.

Disappointing

Disliked: I was overcharged $100 when I added an additional night. I was told it would be $189, but I was charged $299. I complained at check out, but no one has followed up. I will take it up with my bank

Disliked: It takes longer to get check in and the card key doesn't work, so i have to go to the lobby where the front desk to reactivate my card key.

Disliked: Smell of marijuana loud road noise suspicious vehicle in parking lot a bum in the doorway in the morning that had just woke up and smelled like pee the breakfast was lukewarm
