Would never stay here again!

Liked: The lady working in the breakfast area. Very nice considering everyone asking for refills on everything including coffee, eggs, plates and cups
Disliked: Complained at 11:30 pm about noisy room above us. Was told he would try to help. No help. Floor in elevator was terrible and a tripping hazard. Poor lady in breakfast area needed help. Too much to keep up with for 1 person.

Subpar and loud.

Liked: The tall ceilings. Lobby looked great.
Disliked: There was cat poop and kitty litter in the AC/heater unit where the air comes out which is a serious health hazard in general, but especially given my whole family has asthma. There was kitty litter on the floor as well. The furniture and walls had damage and stains. The shower needs new caulking as the current caulking was mostly black. Staff was nice, but asked us if we wanted to have housekeeping clean the AC unit. Which that thing now needs a professional cleaning/inspection by a certified HVAC person for the safety of anyone using that room because breathing in literal poop is dangerous. We were moved to new room. This room also has stains on the carpet and furniture damage as well. Our feet turned black walking on the carpet so we had to wear our shoes.The lamp shade was also stained. The blanket was very thin so we got cold. There was leftover food in the fridge. The microwave did not heat food correctly and that working well is important for us as I have an autistic son who can't handle going out for meals at restaurants. There was a sharp 2 inch screw in the AC/heater unit in this room which I brought to the front desk as my son was trying to get it. The window screen was also not securely on. It was bent and part of the way off. The bathroom door sticks and would be difficult to open and with a small child I have to keep bathroom doors shut.. The toilet required muscle to push the knob to flush. There is no fan in the bathrooms. The wood flooring is looking bad due to steam damaging it. Also we didn't realize we would be in a construction zone next to active train tracks. We listened to regular trains horns. We also had to listen to a street sweeper for an hour early in the morning. Then a leaf blower. We could also hear our upstairs neighbours. Everything was so bad we had to leave early. Here are some of the pictures. Tried to upload more, but was only allowed 6.

Liked: It was close to the attraction that brought me to Fresno. The underground Gardens
Disliked: The pool was nt working ( too early in the year I guess Chair in my room had a nasty stain on it (. There was also I mysterious spot on the ceiling above the curtains Looks like water damage ? Room 222

Liked: quiet very clean

Liked: Breakfast. Spa in room
Disliked: The sheets were scratchy and the comforter was a very thin scratchy blanket. Also the room was carpeted.

A bit of a mixed...

Liked: The facility itself was fine, and breakfast was hot, with many choices. Bed was comfortable, bathroom clean with a good choice of complimentary toiletries.
Disliked: Facility is hard to get to, especially at night, due to construction (not their fault, but know that GPS currently does not guide you correctly).The facility is conveniently located near the highway, but also in a rather seedy area of town. Would suggest exercising great care if going to shop, get gas, or run other errands - especially after dark.
