Disliked: The jacuzzi room was extremely small and u could hear everything from ppl talking and tv next door to people walking above us

Liked: Clean. Comfortable. Great water pressure. Pool/hot tub nice and relaxing.
Disliked: Gym was a little janky but we made due with what equipment was there.

Liked: My room was clean and cool as it was 101 degrees outside. Loved the dog area with baggies and trashcan that was unfortunately filled with garbage not poop bags. Maid was helping and friendly! Room well stocked. Would stay there again because of the price and the accommodation of my Boxer for a 25$ fee that I was happy to pay. Not fancy but suitable for my immediate needs! Rosa my Maid was the only awesome employee I met!
Disliked: Every trash can outside was overflowing with trash on the ground! I walked around the whole building to check it out! Sunday apparently had no maintenance crew, because my room refrigerator was broken with no solution because the new room they offered didn't work either. And that room wasn't air conditioned properly. The check in man was unfriendly. No smile, no welcome, no friendliness to any of the five people waiting in front of me. Juice machine wasn't working and no napkins available. Front desk guy said he couldn't help because he was working by himself. Also I tripped and fell in the elevator because the flooring was broken and lifted up about one inch. It's hazardous! Also why do your employees park by the front door at 7am in the morning?

Liked: Nothing, I am highly disappointed because I have stayed at other La Quintas and didn't experience what I did this time. I did like the soap shampoo and conditioner that was provided in the rooms.
Disliked: I didn't like the cleanliness of the hotel overall the 1st room we got smelled awful the whole hotel upon arriving smelled like Marijuana. The air unit didn't work the remote was missing the back piece, the chair was horribly stained and had hair on it. When it was brought up to the front desk we were told im sorry we have no other rooms and all I can offer is 10% discount, he also said we are a pet friendly hotel assuming that was justification for the stained chairs. The bathroom fans do not work for ventilation. The room they moved us too had wires hanging from the old smoke detector. The elevator floor needs to be replaced they had staples in them to keep them down. The pool wasn't well cleaned the light fixtures outside were broken. Upon returning the front desk said I switched you rooms and the ac unit works I turned it on for you. That room did smell clean and was fresh. Someone turned off the fridge so when we opened it the freezer was defrosting and had water on the shelves. The outside of the door lock was loose. In the morning we had to be at our destination by 7 am which meant we had to depart by 630 I told my kids to go down and see if they could at least get a muffin or fruit when I got down there the worker was very rude he said WE'RE CLOSED, YOU CAN GET COFFEE ONLY he made my children feel bad for grabbing a muffin. He went to the back room and came out to get the coffee pot at that point I asked him if it was OK to get a muffin because we were leaving and wouldn't be returning he was bothered and said I guess and walked away. The hotel needs better customer service.
