Rooms needing updates

Liked: Breakfast was not that great. Eggs were mediocre at best. Coffee was terrible.
Disliked: We asked to stay in a handicap room on the first floor as we had our dog with us.When we got to the room, the rug was very wet, one of the beds was broken.When my husband set in the one chair in the room, the leg broke. The staff was very apologetic,but this hotel really needs some work on their rooms. The staff did bring us a new chair and bought adesk chair in also. They attempted to fix the bed, but the frame is in bad shape.The public areas have been updated and are very fresh and clean.Definitely needs more room updates

Liked: Broken AC, broken toilet seat, rude staff (ANU is his name).must pay for early check in or late check out. Breakfast is bad. Full trash bins are everywhere. Lift is not inspected.
Disliked: Nothing

Liked: The location was a nice location. No homeless hanging out or no one doing things they shouldn't be doing is a plus!
Disliked: There was no do not disturb sign for the room. No to go containers available for breakfast to be able to eat in my room. There was one light bulb missing in the room as well as the toilet jigger was on backwards.
