Disliked: Bathroom was not clean and the hot water would not get hot. It would only get warm.pool was awful.

Liked: Braylin at the front desk was exceptionally helpful and nice.
Disliked: Our TV didn't work. The staff was unable to fix it. They offered another room but we had already unpacked so we declined.

Disliked: Coffee maker didn’t work. Put better coffee machines in your rooms!! That was a POS! And how about a big bottle of water for $120!

Liked: The hotel was very quiet breakfast was hot
Disliked: Dryer isn't working I let the front office know so they could put a note as it makes a loud noise the washer I guess was full with quarteras so it had getting stuck

Liked: The hotel was in great shape. The staff were great and the continental breakfast was very good. Eggs, sausage, bagels, toast, waffles, they had a great choice to choose from.
Disliked: There is no negative remark that I can leave because it was the best hotel in the area

Liked: The same manager who have been working there for years is always kind. The King size bed was comfortable. The gentleman that clean our room was very nice and kind.
Disliked: I have stayed at the location many times. The last 3 years the inside of the elevators is a liability and needs work. The continental breakfast needs fresh pastries, fruit and yogurt . Non guest sneaking in side door at night siting around the pool area.
