Liked: We liked EVERYTHING about this hotel. From the moment we walked in the staff was nice, the lobby was clean. We reserved a King room and that is exactly what we got. We walked in to our room and the freshest, cleanest smell hit us immediately. It was so nice to walk in to a hotel room that smelled and was so clean. Actually, my wife commented to me, "Do you smell how clean it smells in here?"
Disliked: The only thing I can think of that wasn't perfect at this hotel was one of the elevators was broken but it didn't affect us at all and it wasn't their fault. Nobody can help when something breaks. There was still no long wait times for the elevator, even with the one being down.

Disliked: The room had a dirty nasty chair in it. The bed sheets were stained. The room was humid and we had to get a dry rid container to help.

Liked: The staff was really nice, the hotel is very clean even though they allow pets, wouldn't even know there are pets there. The breakfast was always good. Not that far to get to the beach which was a plus. The only thing I would have to say is that maybe they could have the pool heated so people can enjoy better. This was our second time staying there and we would 100% stay again. Thanks again for the wonderful stay both times.
Disliked: The pool was a little to cold maybe think about getting it heated. We stayed there twice once in mid April and then the beginning April and the kids wouldn't get in the pool bc it was too cold.
