Liked: Location was convenient
Disliked: This property is fairly run down. The air conditioner unit in our room was horrendously noisy. It ran much too frequently and sounded like a helicopter about to take off. My husband, who used to work in heating and cooling said it was "short-cycling" due to being low on coolant. The ice machine on our floor was broken for the entire week we were there. The elevator is jerky and scary. The bathroom has permanent dirty areas that housekeeping apparently can't get clean. Our room was only serviced every other day unless we specifically asked for service. One night, someone was in the parking area behind the building breaking car windows with bricks in the middle of the night. We got up the next morning to find the police downstairs investigating. Luckily for us, we were parked out front, but there are very few parking spaces in the front of the property. This La Quintana needs some serious property maintenance.

Liked: The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms are big, with a lot of space.
Disliked: Breakfast could be improved but it was still OK

Disliked: seats on toilet unstable, TV not easy top operate, a/c neecs upgrading

Liked: The breakfast was good. Food was more than adaquate.
Disliked: The microwave did not work. The faucet handle in the shower came loose. The room key did not work several time and had to call the attendant more than once to reset the key and it still did not work adequately.
