We thought this appeared more like a weekly rental for people who could not get a house or apartment. In the elevator at 3:00 A.M. someone else came on and we did not even go to our room after getting off elevator until the door closed. Almost $100 for the room and not even any hair products. Room was way overpriced.

Disliked: Checking in there were many undesirables hanging around the outside.

Disliked: There were cockroaches in the bathroom, the mattress very uncomfortable the pillows smell terrible and there was a gap between the window frame and the wall so you could her all the noise from the street. The door lock did not work.

Disliked: My reservation was made Online before arriving the hotel that day, money was deducted feom my account and presented at checking time. Lobby staff told me they couldn't find my reservation and since it was made Online through a third-party there was nothing they could do to allow to stay there. They made me pay again for the same reservation at the hotel in order to give me a room for my toddler and I for the night before we needed to continue to travel to another state. Very disappointed. Until today I am still fighting to get my money back and no direct number to get a hold to anyone. If I wouldn't have additional money with me I would have to spend the night in my car in the street with my baby. Do not recommend at all.

Disliked: I came down to for a funeral that I MISSED … I had no hot water in my room they moved me to someone else’s room and to come back down and find out they double charged me for my stay 1000 dollars for 2 nights is insane the workers attitudes were horrendous the place had ROACHES I will be contacting corporate because it’s absolutely ridiculous…. Me and my family couldn’t even be with our family in such a traumatic time because of how bad we were inconvenienced!!!!
