A peaceful and pleasant stay...

Liked: I really liked everything. The hotel was very clean, located right in front of a beautiful lake, in a calm and quiet area, and just minutes from the airport. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming.
Disliked: The pool was closed for maintenance during my stay, which was disappointing because I was really looking forward to using it. It would have been the perfect way to relax after my travels.

I had emails to respond...

Liked: The bedroom was very clean.
Disliked: My room #319 had no Wifi on Saturday morning and up to Monday morning when I left. Was told that IT would fixed it but that never happen. IT was a major inconvenience for me.The toilet rim underneath was Superrrrrrr gross. It was like it was not clean in years.

NEEDS IMPROVEMENT IN ALL AREAS.

Liked: THE LOCATION TO AIRPORT, CRUISE PORT AND LOCAL BUSINESSES.
Disliked: THE BREAKFAST WAS THE SAME THING EVERY MORNING. STAFF, ESPECAILLY HOUSEKEEPING WAS NOT SO HELPFUL. I HAVE STAYED AT MANY LA QUINA INNS, FROM NY TO FLORIDA, TO VEGAS TO GEORGIA TO TEXAS. MY BEST ONE BY FAR IS THE LA QUINTA INN LOCATED AT 9570 W. SAHARA AVE LAS VEGAS NV. I LOVE AND ENJOY EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS LOCATION AND ESPECIALLY THE STAFF. THEY ALL DO AN EXECELLENT JOB AND TAKE PRIDE IN WHAT THEY DO AND HOW THEY RESPECT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I LOVE THIS ONE.

While the quality isn't the...

Liked: The room offered a beautiful view of the lake and pool, and the bed was very comfortable.
Disliked: The bathroom floor was somewhat dirty. Breakfast was served from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m., but we arrived at 9:20 a.m. and found nothing left to eat. Additionally, there was no drinking water in the refrigerator. The pool was closed, so we couldn't use it.
