Exceptional

I notice how the staff...

Liked: I love the staff. They were accommodating.
Disliked: I didn't like how the air conditioning was not cooling, staying cool

Very poor

Liked: Closeness to the expressway and all the restaurants
Disliked: Had to move rooms three times. First time smelled like a Cypress Hill concert on the fourth floor. Second floor AC not working then got moved to the first floor. The room smelled of mold so bad it made me sick but there were no other rooms available. At least that's what I was told. Mold growing on the walls in the bathroom in room 108 along with cockroaches in the room.

Horrible experience

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: The hotel is old, the ac broke and there was no one to fix it, the cover to the ac came off and it was full of dust, the ac made loud noise all night we couldn't have a goodnight sleep. The front desk Javon was the only kind person in this hotel. The shuttle driver was sent to fix the ac drunk, they have no maintenance person to fix anything.
